Sorry to get ON topic here. Our entire station is failing bad.

We have been muddling along but we just recently had a couple of injuries and someone is now out for a planned surgery. Another courier quit yesterday evidently.

Certainly short so many people that we probably won’t have “peak” boundaries. I’m just trying to make it one day at a time-

we're okay right now. one major blizzard will send us over the edge though. a memphis meltdown/plane issue would suck, but we would be able to get above water in a day or two provided the weather sticks out.

We are keeping up.

The staffing at our ramp is about 50% so our freight is never on time. Had a couple of days this week in which we left the building after 11:15am. It's only going to get worse with the weather.

We are expecting to lose about 1/3 of our drivers before X-mas and only added one new driver. There is a something like a 2-3 week delay on background checks so we're stuck using who we've got in addition to multiple cartage agents.

Our directives are simple - do the best you can do and don't roll freight more than one day.

Americans, Brits, and Europeans are loving it there. Name one other place on Earth where you can get twice the amount you exchange into local currency? Last I heard gay marriage is legal in the U.S. but cost of living is 75-80% more.
Glad to see that you've finally admitted that the ONE AND ONLY reason for going to that problem plagued country that couldn't even pay back it's debt obligations is because your cash is worth more there.

I've been saying it all along. But it's not the only reason. There are cheap countries much closer to home. Argentina has the biggest mountains in the world outside of the Himalayas. And fantastic beef. And don't be so hard on their debt problems. Their socialism got them there and they're A good example of what the U.S.A. will look like eventually if the Democrats stay in charge. Minus the violence and racial strife of the U.S. of course.

Why are 1/3 of your stations drivers expected to leave before Christmas?

There always bad news coming out of peak season and the media feasts on it. The question is will the embarrassing bad news especially at Ground reach such levels that Far Freddy will decide that a fundamental change in the way Ground operates has come?

I did 29 peaks so I'm good. You plan to be doing peak at 75 or are you going to be a quitter? Just because I pointed out socialism doesn't work out you get butthurt. Being the capitalist that I am I'm going to go exploit those socialists! Bwa-ha-ha-ha!

You worked for the company 29 years and living in a tent is your retirement plan?
