How many Hubs can sustain themselves?

I'm almost super extra positive that some hub managers would love ditching Corp's leash and we all know how a lot of us feel about IBT. What's to say these facilities withdraw from UPS and IBT all together? Just hypothetically speaking of course..

Man in the last few years the FT sups have had their corp AMEX cards locked down because people were spending too much just for themselves and not as performance incentives for the hourlies half a dozen times. Sure some people in management would do better without the corp oversight but the majority would run things into the ground while taking everything they can for themselves and then bailing.
