I've seen someone in management get fired after someone called. If you exhaust every other avenue that's the way to go.

If someone is directing people stuff that is unethical on a regular basis they deserve to lose their job.

I honestly have seen some questionable things. But nothing that made me say "Holy crap, that's not right." My FT and center manager are pretty decent guys.

Not everywhere is the smile* shows some of you guys deal with.
