Any hours worked over 9.5 for a qualifying grievance of three or more days worked over 9.5.
example:
monday 10.0
tuesday 9.0
wednesday 10.0
thursday 8.87
friday 10.0

three days over 9.5 for a total of 1.5 hours Of 9.5 penalty pay which is triple time.
already compensated at time and a half so you get a check for 1.5 hours of time and a half.

Make sure you count only hours worked.
You must subtract unpaid meal time.
