I believe only 10% make it past probation, and that’s with the usual 30 days. Here it’s 70. Anyone who makes it as a driver should be proud to beat them odds.

And finding out it is more than driving around and delivering a box every once in awhile!
And the way you get treated by management.

Most would end up going stupidvisor and be in the exact same boat they were in before.

No one mentions traffic as an irritant on here.
Used to really piss me off. Especially around major sporting events, concerts, parades, street fairs, etc.

When I started delivering I finally understood why traffic pissed my Dad off so much. Especially those that cut you off and drive like they got their license at Chuck E. Cheese.

Yup. No reason to walk with a limp from pushing in the clutch an extra few million times or so over the course of a career. Just let of the gas as its time to shift, pause a tenth of a second or so and slide it in. And if u miss the timing just give a little gas and itll slide in.
