If qualifying is in your near future I wouldn’t recommend it.

yes. stick up for your rights. ask a steward how to file. you have to keep meticulous records . date, time, who , how long , etc.

How many hours a day or week do they work?
You file, they come back and harrass you, file on that.
Eventually they move on to someone who will not stand up for themself.
