A production job yes... but pushing people so hard that they are getting hurt and having more accidents....including operations on necks, backs , shoulders and hernias.... no. Why risk it? It's 30 days, do what needs to be done. Once he's locked in take a 1 hour lunch and don't sort on the lunch.
