Is UPS going broke?

My cars are to be red tagged for any parts needed that are safety related. No ordering. If fact, we almost only have red tags are when a budget freeze like this comes around or a part is not available in our district. It’s frustrating when cars sit over a cheap part. Also, even when someone in our district has said part, they won’t transfer it because they are afraid they might need it due to them being frozen on parts ordering also.
What happens when you run out of red tags and can't order them?!

Allergic to cardboard.
I was trying to get a kid hired on since we’re in desperate need of more preloaders. Was told by management that we’re in a hiring freeze until April.

If a driver runs out of gas, will they stand on the side of the road holding a sign asking for a few gallons of gas?
I can see it now "UPS driver arrested for panhandling"
Or worse yet, at a shopping center asking customers "excuse me, can you spare a few gallons of gas?"

Origionally I gave them 10 years before they shut the door. I think they are now down to 9 (maybe sooner). They seem to like cutting their own throat.
