I certainly hope they do. Biden’s actions have been gone over time and time again. It would be good to have the explanation for all to hear why Biden’s actions are legal and Trump’s are not. To have Republicans trying to say it is the same and have the argument thoroughly dismantled and destroyed.

are you really that naive?

Everything in my post is true, and everything in yours is false. Fake news, fren.

Hint: He's guilty.
Of what criminal charges ?

The Legal Standard and Procedure. Article II § 4 of the Constitution provides as follows: "The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.".

The special word here is conviction.
Not cooperating with Congress during a frame job does not automatically invoke an Obstruction of Justice Charge.

Trump thinks Article II lets him do whatever he wants, and you're fine with that because you'd like an autocratic despot as president. There is no frame job, and it doesn't make any difference anyhow because the lockstep Republicans will back him no matter what.

Conviction in the Senate "trial" is impossible. Hope you're happy being complicit in the coronation of a corrupt "king".

Idiots. All of you.

Yes, but we all know the impeachment is going nowhere because the Republicans are backing Trump 100%. Just think, an entire Congress and Senate made up of lying, spineless :censored2: jellyfish.

There's no bribery charge. Why would a moderate Democrat or Republican politician stick their neck out to vote for Trump's removal given what's left?

Perhaps because they swore an oath to uphold the Constitution?

If the Democrats were actually upholding the Constitution would they not have had enough evidence to feel comfortable with including a high crime/misdemeanor bribery charge? Democrats were talking about bribery throughout the hearings.

I don't like Trump either. I don't want to see him in office through January, 2025. But this isn't going as well as the Democrats might have hoped.

What do you think Nancy meant by misquoting and cherry picking the Declaration of Independence?

The Declaration of Independence is about overthrowing a government through violent insurrection because no other choices are left.

Why didn’t she bring up taxation? Lol.

It is really disgusting how Trump has been able to change the make-up of the 9th Circuit Court , no longer will the Supreme Court have to continuously over turn their decisions. Just think of all the other cases they will now have time to review.
