We still need you to work Tuesday through Saturday....In the end, I was only a 22.4 for about 10 months and never worked a day inside.
Hellooooo 9.5.
Why are they called combination drivers in the contract?Congratulations. I’ve never worked inside yet also, Im going into my 9th month now myself . It looks like I’ll be another 2 years to become RCPD

Hellooooo 9.5.
There was never any intention of having these employees inside, it was just worded that way so that the union could say they got more FT jobs and the company can put drivers on the road at a discoounted rate. Why are they called combination drivers in the contract?

@BigUnionGuy @PT Stewie @Netsua 3:16I’ve been a 22.4 for 9 months. One of the first for our hub in the Northeast.
My question is who gets the bid for the M-friend RCPD Position ? Me that came off the street hire 9 months ago or the guy that stated driving 3 months after me but was a inside employee for a few years?
I’ve heard different answers . Do they go by seniority of when you started driving or by when you were first hired as a employee thru UPS
They go by your full-time seniority date , so since you’re full-time you would be over the part timer even though he worked at UPS longerDo they go by seniority of when you started driving or by when you were first hired as a employee thru UPS
