Is their a difference between whether you are part time or full time? A newer part time member who pays 30 a month union dues would be able to collect 150 a week sitting at home playing video games, not much of an incentive to vote "Yes".

Also consider whether the Union would be able to cover your Health and Welfare coverages during a strike.

Either way be prepared.
