Living The Dream In San Diego

Like they have in San Fran?

Several anthropologists and economist say the main problem in Frisco is they don't allow more apartments to be built so people can afford to live in the city.

We have homeless people where I live too ... several dozen and maybe a hundred.
The problem here is mostly mental issues and/or drug usage.

I had a guy living on my property on the creek a couple years back.

We have 5000 "unsheltered" homeless in San Diego

I literally deliver to a Apartment complex that has almost 3k units.

San Diego has a crap ton of apartments and are building more all the time. Also I believe every new development built has to also have section 8 housing.

That why I'm confused what regulation you're talking about with apartments.

Thanks for the info ...
i guess when I think of Cali, I think of Frisco and the Emerald Triangle.

BTW, all my friends that went out to the Emerald Triangle to grow their pot now go to Oklahoma.
I know two families that moved to Oklahoma for the fall to trim stock ... messing with my Festy Homies!

Have you even been to the City? San Francisco is a tiny piece of land that is already built out to the max.

Not really ... just talking shif as usual.
Twice ... didn't like it honestly. I'm not a big city type person.
Stayed in Burlingame and made runs into the city for touristy type stuff.
The Presidio was cool with history stuff.
Santa Cruz and Half Moon Bay were the two places I liked a lot.
Monterey and Carmel were cool but too ritzy and a little too cool for me.
Bakersville is probably my speed.

People decide they want to live in a certain place. They want to pay whatever it takes, that's their business.
