"...all of the facts on which this motion to dismiss relies — that the FBI hadn’t found anything in its counterintelligence investigation into Flynn, but decided to keep it open in early January 2017 when they discovered the Kislyak transcripts, and that people in DOJ and FBI had conflicting understandings of the status of the investigation leading up to the interview — has not only been known to DOJ but has been public since March 22, 2018, when Republicans released it in their Russian Report."DOJ’s claims to have discovered “new” information since the sentencing memo are not supported by any proof and are in fact refuted by the public record.
You're quoting someone who basically worked for Robert Mueller in his failed coup attempt. Is that all you got?"...all of the facts on which this motion to dismiss relies — that the FBI hadn’t found anything in its counterintelligence investigation into Flynn, but decided to keep it open in early January 2017 when they discovered the Kislyak transcripts, and that people in DOJ and FBI had conflicting understandings of the status of the investigation leading up to the interview — has not only been known to DOJ but has been public since March 22, 2018, when Republicans released it in their Russian Report."

wrong as usualYou're quoting someone who basically worked for Robert Mueller in his failed coup attempt. Is that all you got?
Not true. It's been proven in the IG investigation that the DOJ with held exculpatory evidence and mispresented other evidence. You can't just make up.DOJ’s claims to have discovered “new” information since the sentencing memo are not supported by any proof and are in fact refuted by the public record.

"Trump’s Acting Attorney General Rod Rosenstein agreed Flynn’s lies were material when he approved false statement charges against Flynn in December 2017, Trump’s Acting Attorney General Matt Whitaker’s DOJ argued Flynn’s lies were material when DOJ moved to sentencing in December 2018, Bill Barr’s DOJ argued “the FBI was engaged in a legitimate and significant investigation,” when it successfully defeated a request to dismiss the prosecution last fall, and Barr’s DOJ argued Flynn’s lies were material in January."Not true. Finally I understand why Judge Sullivan won't make a decision on dismissing General Flynn's case.
He is stalling until Biden gets elected.
Well, that might not work.
15 Attorneys General Unite To File Amicus Brief In Support Of DOJ Decision To Drop Charges Against Flynn
The problem is all 15 are republicans. This does nothing to help make the whole situation look any less political!
