Hello everyone! I'm a twenty plus year employee and last November I injured my knee and went out on workers comp. I had surgery and returned to work last week. Today I open my check and I have all my vacation time, but my sick days and rovers are unavailable. I was told that I am not eligible for them due to the fact that I was out on workers comp. To me, it does not seem correct. My steward said that he will look into it. Anyone ever here of something like this???

If you had 156 reports all benefits should be in force.
