How long can it take?
You see how these guys make my life so difficult with all these off topic comments. Now I have to take time out of my day to go back and edit all that stuff out. The edit server has been so slow lately which makes things even worse.

I know this sounds crazy.

But did you ever think about contacting your business agent

Instead of a bunch of strangers on the Internet

What happens if a low level hearing takes longer than 2 weeks

"Any employee involved in any accident shall immediately notify the Employer."

"In the event of a vehicle accident, the Employer shall have twenty (20) days to complete its investigation, if warranted, and ten (10) days to take disciplinary action, if any, unless otherwise mutually agreed. Except for serious accidents, where the driver may be presumed to be at fault, a driver will not be removed from the payroll during an investigation of the accident."

Article 18 Section 3.... of the National language.

This language may not apply in your situation, if you are being charged with

failure to report an accident.

Have you received any written notice from the company, on their intent ?

No out without work
Sounds like you’re out of work pending investigation. Local level hearing I believe is what you are talking about. You will have a local level hearing and will either be put back to work or discharged for unreported accident. If discharged you will next go to state panel for a final decision if you get your job back
