He is the person that posted about his problems making ends meet in retirement and said he was riding a Greyhound Bus from Mexico to Kansas. Just repeating what he posted.

. Now look what happend when fedex supposedly said that market B got a market level increase....

Didn't read past this... if you were B you didn't get a market level increase, if you were B, Your B rate, got dropped into the BASE level step progression along with A market level.
So say you had two identical seniority employees(hired the same day over a two years ago) one in A market and one in B market, they both got the 3percent and dropped into the chart, and in most cases are one step apart. In some cases ended up in the same step, which meant the A market employee didn't get as big a raise as the B person... eitherway you can bet your tail that there are very smart numbers people who crunched numbers and hatched this "plan"
