I made a CPU with a 45' trailer every day. Most days they were not ready. Just inside their door, they had a "driver's lounge" Which consisted of an un airconditioned cage with bars on all sides. It was probably 10'x10.' They would lock you in. Once in, you couldn't leave. If you had to use the restroom, you had to ask, and even then, you had to have an employee escort to and from. I was certainly glad to see them move across town.

Stupid question time------why didn't you just sit in your cab and have them call you on your cell when they were ready?

They wouldn't allow you to sit in your cab. You were required to sit in the driver's area. I just checked their reviews on google. 2.8. Evidently they didn't treat their own employees any better than drivers.

The guy who owned the place had a limo and driver waiting for him all the time. He even took up one of the outbound doors with the limo. Wikipedia says he was worth 700M.

Illinois starting may 1st will require mask use in public and in the work place. An employer will be required to provide masks and will be given new guidelines to follow. My facility has had masks available for the past 2 weeks, but use has been lacking. This is good news for upser's in the land of Lincoln.

Sorry, I didn’t win (?) the presidential election.
Maybe your leader Hilter could have devised a plan in Dec of 2019, instead of waiting for chaos to erupt. Instead he played golf, sat on his fat ass, and tried to convince it was “one guy from China “. What an idiot.
Was just curious. Any ideas would be welcomed. Angry much? Lol.

For upser's working in Illinois effective may 1st:
Wearing a face covering in public places or when working. Any individual who is over age two and able to medically tolerate a face-covering (a mask or cloth facecovering) shall be required to cover their nose and mouth with a face-covering when in a public place and unable to maintain a six-foot social distance. Face-coverings are required in public indoor spaces such as stores.

Face Coverings and PPE. Providing employees with appropriate face coverings and requiring that employees wear face coverings where maintaining a six-foot social distance is not possible at all times. When the work circumstances require, providing employees with other PPE in addition to face coverings.

No one's make you leave your house. Last I checked you can't go to the store or work naked in most state's. Asking people to cover their face holes is not tyranny.
I agree with you completely.
Asking people to cover their face holes is not tyranny.

Telling them under threat of fines, arrest, or other official punishment that they must do so IS.

Tyranny:
cruel, unreasonable, or arbitrary use of power or control.

There's a pandemic, the state is under a federally approved disaster declaration. Face coverings limit the distance a virus will travel in the air. Tyranny is what's going on at meat processing plants.
