Actually, on the OBX, all the food is good as long as you stay away from the chains.

My coronary arteries just got a little harder after viewing that grill. Where's the salmon?
The salmon and shrimp burger for my wife was put on later. If I would have put it on then it would have been jerky. Fish is kinda hard on the grill for me.

On the cooking shows (while recovering food porn is a fave) they used a cedar plank for seafood. Been wanting to try this method.
