Most of my life I have been a conservative but the GOP is no longer anywhere near the Reagan years.
Heck if the republicans could come up with a halfway decent candidate i would vote them. No longer a party person. Whoever is best for the country.

I don’t think the Democrats really can come up with a “legitimate” candidate because even a “moderate” candidate would have to drag the hard left policy platform ball and chain that the Democratic Party has fully embraced when it comes to things like immigration, late-term abortion, child indoctrination, systemic racism, trying to spend trillions more when inflation is already through the roof, etc. There’s just no going back for it.
So my fingers are crossed that the Republicans will have a reasonable candidate in 2024. Orange Mussolini ain’t it for me either.
