You get what you pay for.Now the question becomes what good does it do to let millions of people become homeless? How does that help this nation?
Only stupid marxists think housing should be free.

Here is reality, 10's of millions of people lost their jobs due to the Covid/trump recession. Then many of them couldn't get unemployment benefits at all or for many months. Many also didn't get the rental insurance money and many landlords refused to participate in the rental relief programs. What good does it do under those circumstances to allow millions of families to get evicted? What does that accomplish but making the economy worse, making homelessness worse and all the myriad issues that come with homelessness? You get what you pay for.

What happened to your most beloved Leaders' "Record Employment Growth" that your handlers have programmed you to bore us with for the last 8 months? Here is reality, 10's of millions of people lost their jobs due to the Covid/trump recession. This post right here is the crux of American's political failure. Having more homeless people is without question worse for American society. So our policy goal should be to eliminate it. But we can't do that because this poster and many Americans imagines some people to be scum and therefore underserving of a place to live. It is both a hateful and confusing ideology.I've always felt bad for landlords who can't get rid of scum.
Yes, some are victims of the pandemic economy, but others are scum.
The other part of the quote is the pure ignorance of it. Landlords without question can evict tenants, they have the upper hand in court, they have the upper hand with legislators that write the laws, they have more money, and better lawyers. the belief that landlords are the underdogs against poor tenants is just a distorted understanding of reality.I've always felt bad for landlords who can't get rid of scum.

Not everyone who stopped paying rent was out of work. People scam the system. The poor landlord still had to make mortgage payments though.why is there homeless in richest country on earth?
guaranteed more empty houses than homeless
what % scammed it?Not everyone who stopped paying rent was out of work. People scam the system. The poor landlord still had to make mortgage payments though.
I know a few people who own rentals. It's a nightmare business at times. It takes time to evict someone, even longer if they resist legal challenges.what % scammed it?
father clementine never had to do this but hes gone to court often for little things.I know a few people who own rentals. It's a nightmare business at times. It takes time to evict someone, even longer if they resist legal challenges.

Let's analyze these people that didn't pay their rent. Let's see all their spending. Did they make other payments or buy anything that might not be necessary?![]()

Probably a coincidence that an administration who let the eviction moratorium expire has 3 top advisors who are also executives from a company aiming to buy up enough homes to be the biggest landlord in history.
lets do it man.Let's analyze these people that didn't pay their rent. Let's see all their spending. Did they make other payments or buy anything that might not be necessary?
But they really needed those new shoes and phones. And the big TV!Let's analyze these people that didn't pay their rent. Let's see all their spending. Did they make other payments or buy anything that might not be necessary?
All that savings in rent money sure can buy nice vacations. This is the trouble with one-sided knee jerk government. But they really needed those new shoes and phones. And the big TV!
