Members of congress shouldn’t be able to get rich off insider information and setting rules to their advantage: regardless of party.
Members of the executive branch shouldn't be able to peddle influence to enrich themselves and their family members either.

It’s been said that the way you can identify a Corrupt government is if the people in charge, that have been in politics most of their lives, are rich beyond a government salary and also their family members got rich.

Can you point to enrichment of family members or Trump himself? The Clinton's went from almost broke after Bill left office to a net worth of over $100 million after Hillary left the Obama administration. That's demonstrably true. Hunter and Frank Biden received millions from foreign entities while having no expertise in their various endeavors is also demonstrably true. If Trump and family had similar dealings then throw the book at them. I just find it difficult to believe the Democrats would have never indicted Trump for corruption when they tried so hard for 5 years to convict him of something.

Can you point to anything illegal that Trump and family can be indicted for? Trump's business doing billions doesn't translate into billions in his pocket. The trademark thing was well looked at. What was illegal? Why do you think Hillary deleted 33,000 emails that she was required to turn over by subpoena? Why do you think Biden has constantly said he knew nothing, had nothing to do with Hunter's business dealings even though that was found to be untrue? Where are the denials from Trump and family of illegal business dealings? Where's the cover-up? If he and they had done something illegal they would have been indicted by overzealous Dems. Remember both Federal prosecutors of the SDNY and the Manhattan District Attorney have looked intensely at Trump's business dealings. Where are the indictments?
