Neil Peart, Rush Drummer, Dies at 67
Wow. Brain cancer. Way too soon for him.
Exit the warrior
Many fellow drummers and musicians had a feeling something was up the past few years, when rush decided to stop touring. It was said arthritis was keeping him out but that was just NP being NP. A really private guy.
Great musician, great drummer. RIP
He was a hardcore motorcyclist and would tour incognito in the area before a show. How cool would that be to cross paths?
Now 2 RUSH drummers gone
Neil's drums from above.
How did he get in?
I think it was hinged
Little entrance way top left.
I listened to RUSH for about 4 hours last night in remembrance.
So many good songs over the years!
Neil never stopped growing ... he still took drumming lessons throughout his career.
He was always learning, never satisfied, very humble
Our friend from the boondocks of the mountains in Oregon is a huge RUSH fan!
I like the black cymbals that have drier sound and a short sustain that decays quickly ... something else to buy?
Super impressive double peddle playing on the bass drum!
9 minute drum solo---Now that is a set of drums.
Only thing missing is a gong.
Unreal. How am I not finding this out until now?
You know what out of respect I won't make the joke.
You suck though
