New Contract Raise Questions/Help

Hi i have been a UPSer for the past 5 years. my hire date was April 28 2008. Ive been hearing a lot of different things about our upcoming contract. I know that we are all due for a .70 raise effective on the 1st. But ive also been hearing about another compensation raise to keep all of the employees on the same page. After 5 years of service am i eligible for this "extra" raise or does in not apply to me???
