When our center had our time study not one route gained any time. Kinda strange to me. You would think that at least one route would gain some time.

We had our virtual time studies and now we have drivers making 3-4 hours bonus everyday. And no, they don't take stops off you if time has been gained.

The only standard we need to concern ourselves with is our hourly rate.
Leave the rest for the people who participate in conference calls.

We haven't had a time study in 18+ years. We have a 3 hour bonus guy that's been time studied at least 3 times on 2 routes. Funy how a guy running 2 hours late doesn't get re-studied.
