Yours too? I would rather talk to a brick wall than our dispatcher, at least then I KNOW nothing will change. Our dispatcher will throw her arms up as if to say "what do you want me to do?"
Talking to our dispatcher is an exercise in futility. He is dumber than a doorknob. His only answer to any question you ask him is: "It looks fine to me" and then walks away. I will let them screw up my truck all they want. At this point I don't give a crap.
Seems to be a common problem. Pretty much all the major troubles in my center right now can be traced directly to the incompetent stooge who is screwing up our dispatch on a daily basis. It's easily the worst that it's ever been right now and that's saying quite a bit.Yours too? I would rather talk to a brick wall than our dispatcher, at least then I KNOW nothing will change. I am shocked someone let this one pass. Oh, that's right. I didn't say it. I forgot. Oopsy! There is tons of things you cant get done anymore, you cant get consignees put in your DIAD, you get old ones take out, you cant get new streets put in your diad and bad paper streets taken out ,You cant get it loaded the way you want and the dispatch is so screw-up you always have two drivers delivering one street in the middle of the woods. Just think how far we made it as a company, you gotta love technology.

LMAO!The day before I retire I'm gonna hide my Diad in the back of a mail truck and watch dispatch wonder why I keep stopping every 30 seconds.
That's hilarious!!!!The day before I retire I'm gonna hide my Diad in the back of a mail truck and watch dispatch wonder why I keep stopping every 30 seconds.
Who runs the system? Management. They are, at least at my center, too busy doing hourly work.In light of this obviously being a common problem in various locations, I submit that the problem maybe not be the dumbest managers being assigned to dispatching in the preload.
Perhaps the indictment may be more fittingly attached to the system and the lack of resources allocated to its maintainence?
My dispatcher must have a brother from another mother!!!Seems to be a common problem. It's works the way its suppose to here. I have a business that had only 4 packages. They are normally loaded FL1 but instead they were PALed to 1000 section.
