That new bullet looks like mostly hype. I doubt it will do anything that other bullets can't already do. I do agree it needed a better review with some real testing done.

Bullets are only meant to do one thing. Kill.

Not always even that. Silhouette shooting you don't want to put holes in the metal targets.

I have a Dan Wesson that is a total piece a crap. It was made when they were having quality control issues and it shows. I also have a 686 which is very nice.

I'm kicking myself in the ass for not buying a p-06 last year. They don't make them anymore. Could hardly find my 75 PCR let alone one of those.

The 686 in particular caught my interest in late 2012 but then Sandy Hook happened and all that gun ban bull started again and it was impossible to find any availability on one. Now I can easily get a hold of one for less than $700. A nice gun that will keep my Dan more pristine.

I have a Glock 19 I used to carry. Striker fire guns are really good as far as function goes, but I agree. They are pretty lackluster and unremarkable in the form department.

Just in MY opinion, I would rather have a hammer. No rhyme or reason. Just what I like
