Id just like a large patch of land in Montana.

I wouldn't mind a nice patch here near the Grey Reef or Miracle mile. I'd rent it out to guides for fishing and hunting. Land like that is worth big bucks out here. Second choice would be a nice patch near Sturgis. Get it all wired up for elex and water. Can make a bundle renting out camper space during the rally.
