Ok, so scrapple is sort of an east coast version of meatloaf?? ( from the midwest and where I am I have never heard of it)... interesting

What ever is left from the animal is ground really fine, mixed with flour and pressed into blocks. You slice pieces off and fry them.

Truly nasty stuff.
