Don't know anything about it and this is the first I've heard of it. From the sound of it? My best guess is that it's your typical social media urban legend "OMG I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS SPREAD THE WORD" crap that omits/misrepresents vital parts of the story in order to generate outrage. Who would expect a camera at such a rundown beat up entryway. The rest of the outside probably looked worse. Still, never take a pee outside of a restroom / vehicle. Cameras are everywhere!
