There shipping services suck so bad there that at the one I PU at they actually tell people to just use the UPS store down the street....

At one particular OD, the drop off factor made it very heavy due to surrounding drivers going by intentionally early to some of their heavy pick ups and then telling their customers to go and drop them off at OD. It was a common practice for drivers to tell everyone just go to OD.
