Pastime vs combo?

in our department we have a mix of part time and combo. some say that combo has seniority over part timers that have been there longer. Others do not. Can’t get a solid answer.

That's what the FT always say. In my building it goes by company seniority.

In our building FT trumps PT.

FT trumps PT in our building as well which is getting really funny now that they hired so many combos that people with only 2 months of time won FT bids.

You want to be careful the pt-to-ft language has diminishing returns for things like vacations. Company seniority here only is good for layoffs, not like it matters most FT would take the layoff days rather than work inside. Might see that in action soon.
