Hiring people to do a service for you and then not paying them is basically a bait and switch.
Trump is infamous for this.
Initially I wasn't going to honor this statement with a response because it is unworthy of response.

I'm not piling on, I will use this as a teaching opportunity.

In business relations there are legal instruments, one is called a contract.

There are remedies for breach of contract. Both parties make agreements on what will be provided, that will be called the duties of the parties.

When one or both parties think the agreement has been broached they can act in a way that would compel, upon filing suit, a Court to order compliance to the terms or if the offending party refuses to comply dissolution of the agreement with damages.

Trump chose not to pay, causing the other party to file seeking performance. Trump let the Court hear the grievances and rule.

It's quite common in business.

Work your way through it, I'll help you if you need it and request it.

You're welcome.

I'm not your librarian.
His bait and switches are documented "BEFORE HE CAME DOWN THE ESCALATOR", like you requested.

You tried to push fishtm2001 with your robot personality, and I served you.
So get off BC, get some fresh air, and learn how to respond properly when someone answered your question.
Dude you are doing gods work trying to argue with these trump clowns. Any Teamster who thinks Trump and Republicans are good for your self interests is a fool.

Great so according to you if I get into a contract with trump the only way I get paid is to go to court. Thanks for that beautiful teaching moment.

It's a state's prerogative to run an election the way they choose.
Some state's chose all mail ballots, some restricted mail-ins for certain reasoning.
That lawsuit will get thrown out. I do agree any bad press is not good for perception.
It's a national election not a state election so therefore they should have to abide by the federal guidelines

You can't read.
I returned your serve, you couldn't handle the return.
Do you honestly think I wasn't aware of the Trump University fiasco?

You either can't read or refuse to acknowledge what I made clear to you in my bold print.
I didn't push anyone, I merely requested someone to back up his (look at the bold) assertion.

This is the kind of bait and switch Trump has been known for his whole life.

Your serve was weak, as weak as your backhand.

Yes I understand that ignorant foolish attitude. How does it help our society or economy? Spoiler, it doesn’t. It only does our country harm. Some of us prefer a better economy.
Please knock that crap off that kind of talk makes me sick.
that'd be like me saying I like your hospital and I'm mine and was going to anchor in and move into your house and you can't kick me out

They aren’t actively looking to weaken us like republicans have with right to work laws. Bro u don’t think so good.
I used to be fooled by them just like you buddy. You need to look at the facts, Democrats have done nothing for unions, in fact, they've weakened them. It is a non issue when it comes to voting.

At least 60 lawsuits, along with hundreds of liens, judgments, and other government filings reviewed by the USA TODAY NETWORK, document people who have accused Trump and his businesses of failing to pay them for their work. Among them: a dishwasher in Florida. A glass company in New Jersey. A carpet company. A plumber. Painters. Forty-eight waiters. Dozens of bartenders and other hourly workers at his resorts and clubs, coast to coast. Real estate brokers who sold his properties. And, ironically, several law firms that once represented him in these suits and others.

Keep thinking this is normal business practice !!
Agreeing to a contract and then getting 0 dollars for the job is a bait and switch.
It's happened hundreds of times !!!!

There's a reason only Deutsche Bank would loan him money

You must be watching MSNBC.
Violent mobs of Democrats have been burning cities down across the country for weeks. Just today idiot Biden pushed more racial strife by tweeting about that dead POS Michael Brown.
Ah I see you like trump for the racism. Got it. Thanks for selling me and your union brothers out because you can’t stand black people.
