I'm thinking they did the relaxed commit time because the number of stops are spiking with residential areas blowing up. Plus at our center they already pushed start time back to 9am, and they've already posted that it will be 9:15am next week. Preload is nowhere near done at that start time though.

I'm not sure what their logic is with starting later even though there's more stops. I also don't understand why they're still forcing an hour lunch down our throats despite the later start and increased volume. They can miss me with the "your body needs an hour to recover" BS. I know damn well they don't give a rat's ass about my body's recovery time.

not coming back. Your center manager probably burnt bridges with all them right after peak season. We’re on our own.
