He's implying that his online schedule has a finish time each day when he can leave, but is being made to stay past scheduled time to leave. What he said has absolutely nothing to do with the guaranteed 3.5hrs. He's not even in the ing union so he's not guaranteed anything. Nobodies going to tell him he's only expected to work 3.5 and leave. You stay until they tell you when you can leave. UPS would never put up a schedule for the following week that would have a set time when you can leave.

The dude also states in OP that he's been there for a week and you bring up guaranteed 3.5?? Safe to say Pedro, that it is you that needs to read the contract and it is you that's getting laughed at.
