Raise in new contract

If you’re not a driver yet and you want to be how does them getting rid of 22.4 or whatever affect you is it good or bad
No short-term implications really. If you're not a driver now, you probably won't be for a while. We're overstaffed as volumes fall back to a level of normalcy, (in general) they won't be hiring for a while.

Long-term, you will never have to do the same work as a package driver for less money or fewer protections.

I did it once last summer and didn’t qualify by their BS numbers so I’m hoping to get another shot. Otherwise I’m done working for U People Suck anyway
