In two more cases of VOTER SUPPRESSION by republican states, both TEXAS and NORTH CAROLINA have their voter ID laws overturned and thrown out.

IN Texas, the voter ID law was overturned because the 5th circuit court of appeals said the law violated the voter rights act and was discriminatory.

In North Carolina, the voter ID law was overturned because the 4th circuit court of appeals said the law violated the voter rights act and was discriminatory.

2 more states coming up, and those laws as well will be overturned.

what is it about you two that makes you guys think you know more than the US COURT OF APPEALS..in different jurisdictions? Why do you think you know more about the law and what is legal than the courts?

Let's try one more time to explain this to you...

When a person REGISTERS to vote, they must prove their citizenship at THAT TIME. Once they are qualified to VOTE, they are placed onto the voter registration rolls and assigned a polling place.

There is no FURTHER need to identify themselves at the polls, beyond establishing they are the person on the voter rolls. They can use a utility bill, a license, an id card of any form or birth certificate and these NEW laws were designed to make it near impossible for some minorities and old people to vote.

Like this case of an old white woman in texas who was not allowed to vote because of the texas voter id law..

She wasnt black, she wasnt a minority, and she wasnt illegal. But the LAW's real intention did what it was designed to do, LIMIT VOTERS.

Much of Wisconsin's voter ID law has just been overturned. During oral arguments the panel of judges asked our attorney general how many cases of voter fraud he had found and prosecuted. His answer was none.
These laws seem to be fixing a problem that doesn't exist.

When you GO to vote, if you are on the voter rolls, YOU ARE ALREADY CLEARED TO VOTE. All that is necessary is demonstrate that you are the person on the rolls.

NOBODY can vote if they are NOT on the rolls.

How you think you can get voter fraud if a person isnt on the rolls is laughable at best.
