Should The USPS Be Defunded?

I was just browsing through Youtube for different occasions over time where the USPS has been caught/arrested for dumping mail, hiding mail, destroying mail, and there are just too many occasions where I felt the need to create an entire thread just to cover their fraud.

I know there are good postal workers, and I feel for them. But for a government agency that constantly loses money AND doesnt do the one job they are paid to do WHILE losing money, seems like a bit of a waste of government resources. Thoughts?

Sent out Two Certified Mail letters with Signature Required at different times to the same person.
Both times the letter carrier just left the letters and did not bother to remove the green postcards.
Called the local station and got no results.
