You start at 9 and get done by 7 or you start at 9:30 and get done by 7. We had a guy who no matter when he started or what he was dispatched with would be done by 5.
Runner-gunners are fools for sure. Even with running, I don't see much difference in my paid day. Maybe 10-15 minutes tops.

The Package car delivery been speeded up by starting 15 minutes earlier. Next Day Air has to be back at building to shuttle to airport an hour earlier. Like’n the earlier start time, but heard the airplane is still leaving at the same time. Starting to wonder if the whole story is just a bunch of crap to get more production.
I think the plane was leaving late before.

Our planes have volume coming from 10+ buildings. That have to drive through heavy traffic everyday. If they all showed up 30 before the cutoff, it would not be loaded in time.
