Our area, Teamcare pays us 60% no limit STD of our base pay of the previous quarter, but they dont calculate in vacation days taken, only regular hours worked.. Anyone ever hear this ?? It makes no sense. If you take a vacation day every friday for 12 weeks, theoretically, they only give you credit for 32 hours a week, costing alot of potential STD pay.

It won’t matter. Because it’s capped at @$500, a drivers base pay of $37.67x40=1506. Even if you took 1/3 of your hours not counted, base pay @1,000. X 60%= $600. Way over the max. STD would be awesome if the benefit was truly 60% or even 50% no cap.
Even a new driver at $21 x40 would hit the $500 cap at 60%

A lot better than the $300 cap per week we used to have. And LTD is over $850/week.
