On a side note, maximalist deficit spending during this time might be the only thing that saves the economy long-term for when the virus is under control.
But we need to get a handle on it with testing and contact-tracing and isolation of positives, or we’re going to keep playing this outbreak situation.
I love America, we’re great at blowing sht up, but apparently we’re piss at washing our hands and coordinating public health mechanisms to stop a virus.
Who knew a pandemic could be so complicated?

If they wanted to stop or slow this thing down all air travel should have been stopped in January. But guess what millions of people living on top of each other leads to widespread disease outbreak. Color me shocked.

It’s not too late.
The economy is already fkd, do the right thing so it’s not going to be continuously fkd for another year, or 18 months, or two years.
Still climbing in NY, L.A. next, or Chicago, Louisiana is on deck, Florida after that.
MA is holding, but our Governor got ahead of it.
Just a matter of time before it’s Montana, or Arizona.
Shut it all down now, ramp up testing, only way we get through this.
It’s like we’re learning nothing from the countries that did it right.

Gov. Baker has requested that anyone entering Massachusetts be put on a 14 day self quarantine. That would apply to all the snow birds down south. So when you head north, you better bring everything you need for your lockdown with you.
