I’d say anyone confirmed to have passed through the barriers into the building should be granted no mercy. Fullest extent of the law.“If you were on capital grounds, you committed a crime.”
That’s kinda what the FBI said. If they are shown evidence of you being there, expect a knock on your door.I’d say anyone confirmed to have passed through the barriers into the building should be granted no mercy. Fullest extent of the law.
Getting a knock on the door is fine. If there is video of you past where the public was suppose to be than you prosecute. That’s kinda what the FBI said. If they are shown evidence of you being there, expect a knock on your door.
Or assaulting Capitol Police Officers anywhere.Getting a knock on the door is fine. If there is video of you past where the public was suppose to be than you prosecute.
A local man was indicted in Federal Court today for his actions at the Capitol. He was the one shown running up the inside steps wearing the colorful Q t shirt. Just like Kyle Rittenhouse, he will be sitting in jail for months awaiting his fate.Getting a knock on the door is fine. Nice trolling leftie!Just like Kyle Rittenhouse, he will be sitting in jail for months awaiting his fate.
There is no scenario in which he'll be convicted for:A local man was indicted in Federal Court today for his actions at the Capitol. He was the one shown running up the inside steps wearing the colorful Q t shirt. Just like Kyle Rittenhouse, he will be sitting in jail for months awaiting his fate.
Minor in possession of weapon, time served. There is no scenario in which he'll be convicted for:
-First degree intentional homicide in the death of Joseph Rosenbaum, 36
-First degree reckless homicide of Anthony Huber, 26
-Attempted first degree intentional homicide of Gaige Grosskreutz, 22
Possibly will be for two counts of recklessly endangering safety, for shots fired at others.
And also for being a minor in possession of a firearm, a misdemeanor, and with violating a curfew in effect on Aug. 25, a civil citation.

Did those crimes happen in NY.There is no scenario in which he'll be convicted for:

One of the officer cited died by suicide days later and suicide is an unlawful act.
What?suicide is an unlawful act.
Yeah, NY will release just about anybody.Dis those crimes happen in NY.
Because NY's policy is to release them as fast as they are caught.
OK?
More to show that the Joint Chiefs of Staff concur with the "fake news media" assessment of what last Wednesday actually was.OK?
Just for FYI ?
Suicide is actually against the law in some states. What?
Is there anyone that doesn't think that?More to show that the Joint Chiefs of Staff concur with the "fake news media" assessment of what last Wednesday actually was.
Seems pretty pointless. If it works you're already dead and if it doesn't you've probably already punished yourself enough.Suicide is actually against the law in some states.
Some states listed it on the books as a felony but imposed no penalty.
Curiously, six states still considered attempted suicide a crime — North and South Dakota, Washington, New Jersey, Nevada, and Oklahoma.
That last Wednesday was "a direct assault on the US Congress, the Capitol building, and our Constitutional process"?Is there anyone that doesn't think that?
