Storming the Capitol

Getting a knock on the door is fine. If there is video of you past where the public was suppose to be than you prosecute.
A local man was indicted in Federal Court today for his actions at the Capitol. He was the one shown running up the inside steps wearing the colorful Q t shirt. Just like Kyle Rittenhouse, he will be sitting in jail for months awaiting his fate.

NY Bar Association Giving Rudy The Boot

"Rudy Giuliani, the president’s lawyer and the future star of every legal ethics exam for all eternity, is being shown the door by his home state bar association.

“NYSBA’s bylaws state that ‘no person who advocates the overthrow of the government of the United States, or of any state, territory or possession thereof, or of any political subdivision therein, by force or other illegal means, shall be a member of the Association,’” the New York Bar Association wrote in a statement released today on its website. “Mr. Giuliani’s words quite clearly were intended to encourage Trump supporters unhappy with the election’s outcome to take matters into their own hands. Their subsequent attack on the Capitol was nothing short of an attempted coup, intended to prevent the peaceful transition of power.”

Just two hours before the mob breached the Capitol building howling to “Hang Mike Pence!” they were whipped into a frenzy by Giuliani exhorting them to “trial by combat.”
Encouraging violation of the law, particularly when that violation is the violent overthrow of the United States government, is rather bad form for a lawyer. Some might even consider it conduct unbecoming an officer of the court!"

There is no scenario in which he'll be convicted for:

-First degree intentional homicide in the death of Joseph Rosenbaum, 36
-First degree reckless homicide of Anthony Huber, 26
-Attempted first degree intentional homicide of Gaige Grosskreutz, 22

Possibly will be for two counts of recklessly endangering safety, for shots fired at others.

And also for being a minor in possession of a firearm, a misdemeanor, and with violating a curfew in effect on Aug. 25, a civil citation.

Minor in possession of weapon, time served.
Followed by defamation lawsuits against the garbage liberal media.

The local news was comparing the technology at Logan Airport to what the FBI was going to use to id alleged terrorists at the Capitol.
Only problem is that to board a plane everyone had to use a face covering.
I use a hat ( with front & back flaps ) that only shows my eyes behind dark glasses.
Good luck with matching my face anywhere.

Did those crimes happen in NY.
Because NY's policy is to release them as fast as they are caught.
Released yesterday by The Joint Chiefs of Staff.

One of the officer cited died by suicide days later and suicide is an unlawful act.

Suicide is actually against the law in some states.
Some states listed it on the books as a felony but imposed no penalty.
Curiously, six states still considered attempted suicide a crime — North and South Dakota, Washington, New Jersey, Nevada, and Oklahoma.
Seems pretty pointless. If it works you're already dead and if it doesn't you've probably already punished yourself enough.

Is there anyone that doesn't think that?
That last Wednesday was "a direct assault on the US Congress, the Capitol building, and our Constitutional process"?

That last Wednesday was "violence, sedition and insurrection"?

That last Wednesday was an "act to disrupt the Constitutional process"?

Clearly.
