Syracuse, NY is now a 6 day work week for all drivers

Stack of grievances are thicker then a dictionary. Probably will take years to get them payed out.

I gotta look into ULP's. Seems like the company sitting on grievances, and constantly, increasingly, ignoring more and more of the contract they agreed to should qualify, and needs to be addressed.

Syracuse, NY hub implemented a 6 day work week for all drivers starting last Saturday . This will be our second weekend in a row and it’s going to get worse . Our stop counts are through the roof with some drivers working 12 hour days . Having said that the inside workers are also being forced to work 6 days . There should be union pushback from the top but unfortunately what ups wants ups gets ! It makes you wonder if Hoffa has been bought and paid for by ups as he sits silent .

Same here in Buffalo. M-S preload and drivers. Hub is working Sunday through Friday. And Sunday is a 8am to noon/1 shift, when most of us are sleeping because of the M-friend schedule.

I've told people before.... but, then everyone gets pissed at the reality.

I don't know that it's been tried. This seems like a great opportunity for the elected officials to start rallying the members, but they'll just make excuses and blame the members so they can justify not earning their pay checks.

No, all shifts are on and working extended hours. Management handed out letters saying how we are essential if pulled over and leaving/going to work. UPS doesn't care about curfews, have to get those essential trampolines out on time.
