To me, the amount of Hybrids should vary from center to center. If people want the overtime hire less Hybrids. If people are tired of working OT then bring on the Hybrids. Every center is different. I don't agree with the 25% bull malarkey.

Hybrids should vary from 0% to 0%. But it's obvious what's going to happen. The contract is going to magically pass. And they are going to max out 22.4's asap. Monday layoffs and less than normal overtime the rest of the week.

Haven't heard a single yes vote in my center. Granted we only have about 50ish votes. Every vote counts though. Just hope enough people vote so that it doesn't get pushed through.
