Yep..

It means that if too many at one location accept the offer so that they do not have enough employees to staff their operation (yes, I see the irony), they will base the number of employees separated by seniority and only allow as many as they see fit to leave.
This is going to cause so much tension between all parties it's going to be fun to sit back and watch.

In so many ways also..... just imagine the very high senior person that gets turned down in their center but lower senior drivers other places get to leave with the bonus..... gonna be entertaining....
Not to mention I'm hoping that the IBT takes em to court for contract labor agreement violations.....

We have two feeder drivers with ft seniority dates in the 70s. They only reason for them to refuse a buyout is spite.
You are young, wide eyed, full of hopes and dreams, As you age and reach mature wisdom, you will find hate and spite are the only things that give the strength to get up in the morning. Well perhaps Wheel of Fortune.
