Thank you cares act!!!! 401k is mine

You want a toe? I can get you a toe.
you can use that equity to leverage another property to rent for passive income. But like you said nobody uses It

I would personally say owning a home is much better than renting your whole life with a large 401k
Yeah but I wouldn’t pull out all of my 401k just to put a huge down payment down on a house you’re likely never to use to it’s full earning potential. That was my only point.

Put down the minimum and take advantage of the super low rates

Oh, he'll pay it back alright. At around his mid-sixties when he wakes up with a cold sweat in horrible realization that he's tried to outsmart the market for 30 years and has nothing much to show for it.
I live rent free in your head. Why are you so obsessed with thinking I’m wrong?

I already showed 800% gains, yet I’m an making bad decisions in your eyes.

People like you who are so adamant that their way is right and other ways or other ideas are wrong and toxic (soyboy mentality) are usually the ones wrong.

How would you like to be a landlord right now? People can't pay their rents and you can't kick them out
I have two rental homes. They are paying just fine. One of them is a str. So that isn't always garunteed, but it is in a resort type area.
If you read I said right after 9/11, which would mean that they are/ or should at least be paid off now.

Maybe somebody refinanced a property so they could buy another property

Using cheap mortgage rates to expand your rental properties is called being an entrepreneur
Anyways I want nothing to do with rental properties I have heard way too many horror stories
If you are buying rental properties right now on the high end of the market. You might want to rethink your options.

If you only have say $30k and you no longer contribute I would 100% pull it out and invest in something else. There are better options other than a non matching 401k.

I cashed out my whole pos teamsters/ups/prudential 401k scam. No 10% penalty. Good riddance.

that was my blog for the day, thanks for reading.
Did you have to prove financial hardship or meet some other criteria in order to withdrawal without a penalty?

No sir, you can lie when you call and there is no way they can tell, my wife was furloughed though so I didn’t have to lie. From now until jan1 is probably your last chance to pull your money out.

Here is half of my 401k. People think I’m gambling on :censored2:, I’m doing the exact opposite. Covid19 was a chance for the rich to make money and move it around. The new fed policy of “screw inflation” as well as countries not wanting to hold out debts any more and here I am.

Stay poor brown cafe
