High rise condo living is dope. I’d much prefer it over a house. You can own the condo as well and not be stuck in a renter situation.
I’ve been in some pretty nice ones with a lot of great amenities you don’t have to worry about upkeep on.

And I better tell a friend of mine from Venezuela who owns 3 or 4 rentals as well as two houses that he doesn’t own anything. And the rest of the Hispanics I know who own their homes.
