Yep unfortunately I live in one and it sucks big time for most things. Not that simple. HOA's tell you how to live. You would have to kill me to live in one again.

I know of RV park spaces for that....NOT including utilities(per month)......put's it in perspective some. And that's from the crappiest pop-up camper to a $500k motorhome.Yes it is better than renting but it is not exactly owning it’s something in between because even after you’ve paid it off your dues are due every month. I’m sure they’re different everywhere but some of them are quite costly my dad’s was $330 a month
Because renting is just money going straight into a landlord’s pocket. At least my “rent” money would go into my condo’s mortgage or whatever it’s called.
Correct?
You'd just need to run the numbers on it man.Hell I’d be fine with renting over owning a condo if someone made the argument that it is me getting less screwed.
Yes when you die your monthly debt for your scam timeshare is transferred to your heirs.No. He's my friends Dad. 90 yo. They are transferable to heirs btw.
They were the ones the teacher put in charge when she left the room, snitchesThe people that want to run Hoa‘s of any kind are generally not pleasant people LOL. Definitely like to put their nose in peoples business.
They are transferable correct but good luck finding anyone that will take them. I was the executor of my grandparents estate and I had three of them to give to any family members that just wanted to take them over they were completely paid off all you had to pay were the dues for the rest of your life no one wanted them.No. He's my friends Dad. 90 yo. The former Hoa president sent me a nasty gram because I was changing the oil in my garage and the door to the garage was open most of the day lolThey were the ones the teacher put in charge when she left the room, snitches
How dare you!The former Hoa president sent me a nasty gram because I was changing the oil in my garage and the door to the garage was open most of the day lol

Is? You mean can be. It can be sold. Or just abandoned.....with consequences of varying degrees.Yes when you die your monthly debt for your scam timeshare is transferred to your heirs.
Yep. And you could have let them go too.....with consequences.....your grandparents knew this too....probably.They are transferable correct but good luck finding anyone that will take them. We let them go there were no consequencesYep. And you could have let them go too.....with consequences.....your grandparents knew this too....probably.
Wow time shares are so great people's heirs are just refusing to take them. Sounds wonderful. Is? You mean can be. It can be sold. Or just abandoned.....with consequences of varying degrees.
We let them go there were no consequences The estate lawyer guided me through the process
Sure....except the investment of your GP's. No matter. I see.We let them go there were no consequences
Well I mean they were dead so I couldn’t really do much about that. I would say we did get enjoyment out of them because I got to use them as well from time to time when I visited. But after the family saw what happened with the one timesshare no one wanted to take a lifetime worth of chance at getting screwed owning one of these timeshares.Sure....except the investment of your GP's. No matter. I see.
