Oh? What do you think it means to reduce our "carbon footprint". Eliminating CO2 emitting energy sources while having nothing to replace them with? Eliminating nitrogen fertilizers? I guess people will just eat air?

We'll save humanity by starving and freezing people to death. There's always just a few more people to kill before utopia is achieved.
You people are going off the deep end with this stuff.

So I take it you can’t name one.

Look at every communist government and see what government came before them. It wasn’t a socialist nice one.

There's no.such thing as a socialist nice government. Communists revolutions are meant to instill a socialist economy. A lot of people get that backwards. If socialism is achieved by other means, it doesn't make it any better, or sustainable.

These people said socialism is a road to communism. It isn’t. Imperialism and oppression is a road to communism. Third option is the only realistic way arrived at by all of modern governments even the communist ones.

A mixed economy.

Lol that’s a poor choice what does that have to do with the suburbs? People make poor choices in all kinds of buying decisions
67% of people make poor choices?

No I think the suburbs are a rip off and too many people are motivated by society to make that choice. It is sold to them as a smart life style and investment and it really ain’t for everyone.

More affordable housing options and promoting condominiums seems like a really good thing to me compared to having these massive sprawling suburbs filled with people who can barely afford it.

“We knock down their neighborhoods and build for the common good of the people.”

You sound like you support oppression

How much is affordable? Similar to what is a living wage?

I look forward to the rise of condominiums and city dwelling.
I don’t think it’s gonna lead to the death of 7 billion + people. Don’t think it’s gonna eliminate the white race, I do think it will lead to some affordable housing that hopefully everyone can get behind unlike the suburbs which are mostly overpriced garbage imo.

The jews thought the ghettos were affordable, doesn't mean it worked out very well for them.

at what point are you owned by your stuff.
It’s part of the reason I don’t like owning a lot of crap and having to deal with owning crap. It doesn’t give me a lot of happiness and usually just adds to stress of having to maintain more crap.

Why I want a condo over a house, I want bare minimum ownership and commitment, without getting completely screwed. It’s how I am about most things.

I'm a big fan of fight club too, but Tyler was basically homeless, and preached a Zen Buddhist philosophy. I'm not saying any of it was wrong, but it all comes down to what you value. People ought to be free to pursue the things they find value in, with the understanding that resources are limited and most people have to make trade offs and can't have everything just as they want it. Hence the free market.

That’s a perfectly acceptable and understandable reason and I agree with a lot of it, but it’s not the way everyone feels so to each their own.
