For the 24th month wages after adjustments are down.
If the track continue , Biden will beat Jimmy Carter's record.
Biden is a lucky man with the media having his back. Can you imagine the non stop inflation coverage if a Republican were president right now?

PPI report today shows supply side costs are dropping faster than expected. Paired with an increase of initial claims, the Fed is seeing the results they wanted from short term interest hikes. It's still 50/50 for an additional hike in May. A pause should help the stock market.

UPS is a whole lot different than 97. Any replacement workers could look at a label and load. Any driver can follow edd and get a lot of stops done. Be afraid.

Lol lots of things are different, including people who actually want to work here. Those people don’t really exist now.

My worry is the company throwing money out there to pull in scabs. Who can hold out longer if more and more they are replacing us?

Neither side can hold out very long. but the company would lose a lot more money, and the interruption to the service would be impossible for them to overcome in any decent time frame no matter how they try to hire.

Unless the long term savings outweigh the temporary setback. After a certain period many union members might cross.

With what they are projected to lose, that would take decades if ever. I think you missed the point that most people will realize a reasonable contract that rewards the workers that actually have done the work is neither difficult for the company, dude, nor all that much to ask. The company will continue to turn profits year after year, just as they always have.

If the company came today with a smart, reasonable and rewarding offer now, it would be very difficult for the union leader, ship, and members to turn it down, as of yet, I have not seen that offer.

Delivering pkgs from center to addresses can be completed at a 25% rate of success. TDP routes, pick up accounts and feeder runs will never get covered effectively. If the end game is to deliver what showed up at centers when we walked out, that is accomplishable in a few days, beyond that, nothin moves.
