They seriously need to fix the software in the Powerpad. It's to slow, constantly freezes, crashes and disconnects from dispatch.

The disconnect from dispatch is your cellular network more than likely, AT&T or Verizon depending on how new your powerpads are. Mine doesn't disconnect unless I'm really in the sticks or deep in a complex where cell signal sucks anyway.

The freezing is just non-threaded IO, such as all the new GPS crap they kludgeoned onto it.

The disconnects could also be a software issue as many times it won't reconnect without a reboot, even in an area with a good signal.

Hmmm, I haven't noticed that at all with ours.
